Mgr. Martina Grochová, MSt, Ph.D.

My name is Martina Grochová and law is not only my profession but also my passion.

I graduated from the Masaryk University with a Master's degree in Law and Legal Studies and then  with a PhD in Constitutional Law. Subsequently, I deepened my education at the University of Oxford, where I studied Human Rights.

Before starting as Attorney at Law, I worked in the judiciary at the highest courts in the Czech Republic and in Strasbourg - at the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.  I teach at the Faculty of Law at Palacký University.

I specialise in human rights, family law and civil law. However, I am happy to represent you in other areas of law as well. My goal is to provide my clients not only with legal advice but also with support in difficult life situations. I approach my clients with empathy and always proceed in a way that burdens them the least.

I provide my services in Czech, English and French. For additional information on my career, please visit my  LinkedIn profile.
